ABSTRACT
Chronic disease management is a challenging issue in China. To address the needs of talents and mature innovation ecosystem related to chronic disease management, The First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University(FAH-SYSU) actively responds to the national strategy to promote the high-quality development of the hospital through strengthening strategic planning, top-level design, and systematic consideration. Precise management of chronic diseases was taken as key measure for the construction of a national medical center. With continuous exploration in establishing talent pool, innovation center and application platform, and chronic disease management system that focuses on core elements of talent and innovation, the FAH-SYSU Model for the precise management of chronic diseases has been initially formed.

Under the background of "Three Whole Education", the College of Biomedical Engineering of Chongqing Medical University builds the rule of undergraduate tutors, promotes the effective connection among the entrance -in school -graduation education, integrates the innovative education and teaching throughout into the undergraduate period, and implements "4+1" education models of theory teaching - ability training - competetion incubation - atmosphere building to create innovative classroom transcripts, finally realizing the all-around education of innovative undergraduate talents. Through the innovation and practices, we will continue to refine educational effects.

This article is to investigate the role of international academic communication of pharmacology in scientific and technological innovation. The object, the organization mode and the characteristics of international conferences of pharmacology, as well as their effects on pharmacology, were researched and analyzed. As shown in the text, international academic communication plays a key role in promoting scientific and technological development, such as pharmacological theory and technological creativity, new drug research and development, talents cultivation , etc. On the basis of the analysis, this paper suggests how to promote scientific and technological innovation, talents cultivation, and international discourse power through international academic exchange.

High education plays the most important part in the cultivation of TCM students at present. One of the main problems TCM facing is the professional accomplishment of TCM students cultivation underlying the modes of college education. Based on the data of "TCM Experimental Class" in universities, we analyzed the effecting factors and related prospects behind this cultivation mode as well as made a preliminary discussion on the training objectives and contents of this model combined with the history and fundamental law of TCM students training.

Objective To reform the management mode for medical consumables.Methods The problems and countermeasures in medical consumables management were explored from the aspects of variety introduction,consumables naming,secondary warehouse management,charging management,qualification management,logistics delivery,supervision and professional level.Results Medical consumables management had to emphasize on demonstration management,warehouse management,information management,safety management and personnel management.Conclusion Standardization of medical consumables management can be promoted by optimizing the management methods and strengthening the quality control management strategy.

OBJECTIVE:To explore the cultivation method for community pharmaceutical care talents in higher vocational colleg-es. METHODS:According to the talent training aims to meet the demand of community pharmaceutical service positions in higher vo-cational colleges,the teaching reform was carried out for talent cultivation mode,course structure system,training base construction and teaching methods. RESULTS:In terms of talent cultivation mode,the work-integrated learning mode was built;in terms of course structure system,“Medicine,Pharmacy,Humanities and Expansion”course module was constructed to further optimize it;in terms of training base construction,the capital investment was increased to improve the school training base,meanwhile,cooperation between schools and enterprises was carried out to strengthen the construction of out-of-school training bases;in terms of teaching methods, PBL,case teaching model and situational teaching method were implemented. CONCLUSIONS:The quality of pharmaceutical talents has been significantly improved by implementing reform of the talent cultivation mode,the course structure system and teaching meth-ods,together with constructing training bases.

In recent years,there is an increasing focus on three Dimensional (3D) Technology in medical field.The article summarizes the progress of 3D printing technology such as medical models,implantable prosthetics,biological engineering,est.,analysis application and effects of 3D technology abiding by the characteristics of clinical medical education.Considering the situation of domestic medical education,therefore,it points out that it is of broad application prospects and great practical significance to develop 3D medical education due to establishing a harmonious teaching environment,providing simulated clinical practice opportunities,activating the brain proportionately and stimulating students learning enthusiasm.

OBJECTIVE:To explore medical course construction for community pharmaceutical service talents cultivation. METHODS:According to the requirements for community pharmaceutical service talents cultivation in vocational colleges, Yancheng Health Vocational & Technical College strengthened the medical course construction by optimizing the curriculum system structure,selecting the teaching contents,reinforcing the students’vocational ability education and infiltrating humanistic educa-tion. RESULTS:In terms of medical curriculum structure,the college integrated the basic medical and clinical disciplines respec-tively into Essentials of Basic Medicine and Essentials of Clinical Medicine. In terms of selection the teaching contents,the college tried to weaken medical discipline consciousness and to follow the logical relationship among medical disciplines,not only pursuing the integrity and systematization of the knowledge from different subjects. Besides,the college added teaching contents,strength-ened the cultivation of vocational skills,and increased the practical teaching contents as well as infiltrates the humanistic education into the practical teaching. CONCLUSIONS:Strengthening medical course construction makes it better for medical course structure and teaching contents to achieve the requirements of the pharmaceutical service talent cultivation goals of“good command of medi-cine and pharmacy”.

This paper discussed on the innovative efforts of establishing production-teaching-research platform and multi-channel international cooperation model by Chongqing Medical University. Measures taken included offering theoretical courses across the first-level disciplines of medicine and engineering and encouraging research tasks that involve the cooperation among hospitals , businesses and universities, creating education environment for postgraduates combing medicine and engineering and launching the cultivation of biomedical engineering postgraduates. The aim of these measures was to incorporate the achievements of scientific research innovation into postgraduate education and to improve its quality.

Methods 421 clinical medical students completed questionnaire. The main contents of the survey are general situation, the factors and the implementation effect of the cultivation scheme, and so on. Results①The talents cultivation scheme is reasonable and feasible. ②The main factors which affect talents cultivation scheme of our school are the teaching plan arrangement and practical course arrangement. ③Talents cultivation scheme in the implementation process achieved some success, but the cultivation of humanistic quality should be enhanced, etc. ConclusionRenewed the education conception, optimize the clinical teaching structure, integrated teaching contents, updated teaching methods and means, and strengthened students' humanistic quality are the key factors of the higher medical institutions to cultivate high quality and comprehensive talents.
